Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with hygiene liners and tags fully intact.

• For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed liners or signs of wear will not be accepted.

• Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process
